Three Things from Three Days at SNIC

That’s a wrap on the SNA’s in-person 2022 School Nutrition Industry Conference! It was an honor to commit to becoming better together with everyone who attended. There were new general knowledge sessions, innovative discussions, and relevant conversations to be had all three days. Here are the top three things our team enjoyed.

Our Successful Panel

PrimeroEdge was proud to sponsor this conference and lead an Innovative Solution Session panel discussion. Our in-house industry experts (who have experiences ranging as a dietitian, school nutrition supervisors, to menu planners) engaged the audience with “Turning Lemons into Lemonade: Exploring the Innovations Inspired by COVID-19”. It was a genuine conversation between the panel and the attendees as we made space for their experiences and opinions, and allowed them to ask us questions as well. As they discussed our forward-thinking technology, current challenges, and emerging trends, it became about so much more than us. It was a panel for the people, which is exactly what we had hoped for.

A Renewed Energy

This event was the first time the school nutrition association has gotten together since the start of the pandemic. After being apart for so long, the excitement was brewing! Despite all ongoing challenges, our awesome school nutrition community came with positivity and eagerness. We like to think it wasn’t just because of our chocolates. It was inspiring to see how everyone was truly there to better themselves and their communities by connecting and learning with like-minded professionals. It seemed everyone who attended was able to leave with even more hope, strength, and readiness than they came in with. 

Listening to You 

More than anything, we were looking forward to gaining valuable insights about our partners’ unique experiences. This conference gave attendees a platform to be heard as everyone was encouraged to be open about their situations, struggles, and needs. It was impactful for us to hear your questions, suggestions, and ambitions. Whether you stopped by to chat about our products or the future of school nutrition, we genuinely appreciate your honesty and feedback. We hope you left with new information and ideas – because we certainly did.
