Daniel Todd

Daniel is a Customer Engagement Manager at State Solutions, leading the team implementing PrimeroEdge with various state customers. He was a State Agency Coordinator for 14 years and was the technical assistance resource for Eligibility, Direct Certification, Verification, Procurement, and more. During his time in this role, he led the implementation of statewide software projects, including NSLP Contracts, Claims, and Reviews.

Benjamin is a Project Manager for State Solutions at PrimeroEdge. Benjamin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin—Stevens Point in 2012. He spent eight years working for the State of Colorado in different facets of School Nutrition, most recently as a Senior Consultant specializing in School Meal Eligibility and Provision Programs. Benjamin joined the PrimeroEdge team in July 2022 as a Project manager for State Solutions.



Lucy Ruetiman

Lucy Ruetiman

Lucy is a Project Coordinator and top trainer for State Solutions at PrimeroEdge. She brings over five years of experience in various school nutrition outlets and is a School Nutrition Specialist. In her previous roles, she has had experience with USDA regulations, school nutrition operations, food service management companies, and deploying training plans to multiple audiences. Lucy has a Master of Science in Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.


Sandra Rivera-Cruz

Sandra Rivera-Cruz

Sandra is a Project Coordinator for State Solutions at PrimeroEdge. Sandra received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Foods from the University of Houston. She brings over 8 years of experience in School Nutrition, during which time she has conducted administrative reviews, menu revisions, and training and was a PrimeroEdge customer care team lead.
