Production
Production Plan
Assigned menus become the basis for production plans for each school or kitchen site. Assigned
menus by school or school type are available at the campus to fill in appropriate production plan
counts. Primero includes a time-saving auto-fill feature which allows population of past
production plan numbers into any future production plan based on a configurable percentage of
matched items served. When used in conjunction with Primero Inventory Management, upon completion
of the production plan, orders for required inventory items can be automatically generated.
Production Record
Each production record is available for completion on the day of production. Counts of total
number produced and all unserved food items are recorded on the technicians’ worksheet which is
then transferred to the production record at the close of each day’s production. Unserved food
items are entered as a leftover to be reused, as a return to stock item, or as waste. Reusable
leftovers can be carried over to a future production record with the simple click of a button.
Production quantities are automatically calculated and filled into the production record. When
used in conjunction with Primero Inventory Management, upon completion of the production record,
stock items will be withdrawn from inventory.
Our fast access recipe tool allows users to print and scale recipes by batch or number of specific
servings on demand for reference and accurate production. Each production record features a
technicians' worksheet for recording HACCP temperatures and leftover quantities.
Production Status
The Production Status feature provides a real time snapshot of the status of production on various
days. Viewable statuses include Plan Incomplete, Plan Completed, Record Complete, and Withdrawal
Complete.
